As a holistic business coach, I’ve spent 11+ years working in brand and social media strategy. Starting my career with big brands like TripAdvisor, Henri Bendel and Financial Gym, I got an intimate look at all forms of marketing and how they build a strong business and brand. After too many 70 hours work weeks, I leapt into entrepreneurship first consulting for TEDx speakers, NYT best-selling authors, and female-owned businesses.
I pride myself on being a content queen with a data nerd shadow. After creating content for 6 brands at a time, I knew that I could help more entrepreneurs through coaching, and my current business soon after my health coach certification. Through my experience and health coaching core, I am redefining what thriving entrepreneurship looks like.
