I am a magazine journalist turned brand marketer who continues to find purpose through telling a compelling story. Though words still have their place, story telling has taken a more visual approach. I’ve led the digital presence for amazing brands like TripAdvisor, Bonnie St. John, Uplift Studios, Financial Gym and many more.
Brand and social media marketing is always changing, and I’m the kind of person that loves to eliminate the guesswork of putting your brand’s message out to the world! A winning brand strategy is one that courts a strong community by knowing their audience and creating strong content that always has one of three goals: to entertain, educate or inspire.
While content is key, I am energized by proving out my strategies and trends through data. I will geek out over an exceptional bar chart. Data is such an important part of building a successful brand and strategy. Algorithms will always be changing, but a strong marketing strategy is backed up by how an audience is engaging with you online.
